Back to school this week - one WHS parent says..

Best wishes to everyone going back to school this week. We were sad to receive these comments by email from an exasperated WHS parent on the eve of the new term:

 "Can we refuse to put our children into school on the grounds that this has not been a democratic decision and that the school cannot support or guarantee that the push by the head and governors has been done so firstly, without ANY consideration of staff and parents alike and secondly, is NOT in the  best interest of the staff and pupils? This is still as clear cut as we are not being heard and they are getting there own way. I would rather it go to a failing school and get new management in to turn it around as the head is thinking of her own career and reputation here. Can ofstead not offer any support? Can I insist that LEA find me a new school for my child? Why should the children suffer any further? It makes you want to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
